Terrible Customer Service

Nightmare to cancel a contract of any form. 1. If you are looking to signed up for contract with MTN South Africa, they will never honour their part of the agreement. They will make it impossible for you to cancel the contract whilst they keep deducting money from your account. 2. The call- centre is useless, most of the time. You get taken from pillar to post, that's if you can even get through to them. 3. When you go to the store, they will refer you to their useless call-centre and tell they can't assist. Whether you are frustrated or not they don't care. 4. For me to get my issue resolved, of a cancelled contract that I was still get debit order charges for. I had to got to MTN Head Office in JHB Roodepoort area. Imagine if you are in KZN for example and your matter is not resolved over the phone or at the store you know need to drive to JHB. It's Disgusting how they treat their customers.
