Terrible customer service !

I went to the service centre in Centurion mall to find out about swopping my contract number and my prepaid numbers. They said they did not know...

so i called the 135 help line. they said it is fine and can be done. and it must be done at the service centre.

so i went back to the service centre and they told me it cannot be done!

so what is it now???? yes or no????
