Terrible customer service

I did an upgrade 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the product from MTN and they mentioned delivery should take 5-7 days and that has passed already. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS extremely terrible. I've been calling MTN and DSV for the past 2 weeks and I keep on getting empty promises as to the date of the delivery.

I will have to cancel the order if I don't receive anything by this Thursday.
