Terrible customer service

I'm am terribly disappointed with MTN - I keep receiving calls regarding contracts being taken out using my details and i have not attempted to take out any contract with MTN besides my current contract.

Furthermore during my call with the consultant asking about the contract, I told her that I did not take out any contract and to please ensure that all contract attempts are cancelled. She the said okay and thought I hung up but the phone was still on and while speaking to a colleague she told the colleague that I was lying about not taking out a contract and that I was vetted in April what ever that means. I would like this to please be taking seriously as I cannot be told I'm a **** by a company that I am supporting. Id like to be kept updated on the progress of this complaint.

I would also like to complain regarding the data on the router linked to my laptop. It seems as if I am not getting the correct 10gigs that I should be getting. Please confirm this as well
