Terrible Customer service.

Absolutely shocked with MTN. Use to be very helpful. Had numbers added to my family member contract that is on our account. Sent affadivit and the necessary documents. Nothing is being done. Branch is not answering calls and can’t get this sorted ! Being charge R 1 000 extra per month. This is absolutely disgusting. ***** should be stopped ASAP. NOT ignored. Very disappointed. Cancelling all contracts with them. Been a customer for years.
