Terrible customer service
MTN is a terrible service provider. Staff have alot of attitude. U have to keep calling in to sort the same issue over and over. When u request for the manager they refuse telling if u dont answer the security question 1st then the request for the manager is declined. 1st time I have come across terrible service. Consultant spoke to Boniswa Nduna
