Terrible Customer service

Good morning in April I took out a contractor for the oppo A57 and a free R1000 take alot voucher I still have not received the voucher 2 months later I have been pushed from pillar to post and between oppo mondo and MTN no one can give me this voucher this is such terrible customer service
