Terrible customer follow up service.

I'm very annoyed with MTN's supposed reward calls. I've been a loyal customer for many years now and decided to move my business elsewhere as their telemarketers don't take our interests at heart. Furthermore, my father passed away a few months ago and the the Welkom Game Centre branch refused to help my mother with his account.
