Terrible customer care service.

I have been trying for weeks for cancel a contract and MTN has been of no assistance at all. We have been in store, we have called the various department and complained on Fb but it has not been resolved. I was told that the contract has been cancelled but to date it hasn't been sorted. We have 2 contracts of which was is almost 20 years into renewals which is also due for upgrade currently and looking at the lack of service I would rather cancel both.
