Terrible Customer Care service.

I have been trying to change the location for my fixed LTE product (you are allowed one change per year). Customer service cannot help you, they push you to the coverage department. The coverage department has errors on their system, so they open a ticket which you must check with the customer care department, but the customer department will simply push you back to the coverage department, who will then open a new ticket. No one will call you back with feedback. Just going in circles for 5 days straight.
