Terrible customer care from MTN

Terrible service from MTN!! I haven't been able to receive calls for over a month. I have a business. How can one run a business when you can't receive any calls? I've been to 2 branches, 3 times. There is NOTHING wrong with the settings on my phone. I even went to a Vodacom store (which by the way had fantastic client service). They couldn't find any fault with the settings on my phone.

I have phoned client services who reset my line on their side. I have logged a complaint where they also just rep**** that they reset the line on their side...

My phone is STILL not working... I can make calls but can't receive any.
