Terrible customer care experience

They literally suspend my number every month, because of an error on their system that cant pick up my contract payment of Feb 2020. And no one has a clue on how to resolve it. Hopelessly unhelpful, and their customer care staff are just as clueless. They operate like a Mickey mouse business.
