Terrible Customer Care and Terrible Network
You'd think with a rating of 1.3 on Hello Peter MTN would actually try to improve their services but it's evident that they just don't care and arw not interested in improving as a company.
I recently moved to a small town in the Eastern Cape, had my location changed to the new address and it seems the network is down most of the time. I called to report the problem on 135 and was told very rudely to contact MTN network coverage department as if this is common knowledge. Why have a customer care line if options are limited on the customer care line and when you get to speak to a "Service Champion" you're told to call the other department directly and that they can't put you through.
When calling the Network coverage the department they either don't answer or the one time I got through the line drops.
Another issue I have is that these "Service Champions" always sound like they are in bed or just woke up and like they don't want to deal with customers.
They should change their titles to Service losers for the pathetic service they offer customers, for the way they speak to customers and for the poor services offered.
