Terrible customer care

Absolutely impossible to contact a human at MTN. I have ordered 2 superflex sims on 4 June Order no *** and *** and the money has also been taken from my credit card, but I still haven't received any sims.

The most frustrating part is that there is no way to contact MTN, even the customercare email doesn't respond.
