Terrible custom care.

Worst customer care. We have been trying to do an upgrade for the past month and trying to speak to someone in charge for a while now. Apparently logging a complaint agains you is near we'll impossible as we keep being sent to a diffent department. This is the wors service provider. Now is willing to take responsibility and we have been waiting for a response for 2 weeks now!
