Terrible Coverage

I have been querying the same issue for weeks and there is no traction whatsoever. The network coverage in my area has been slow and MTN is not doing anything about it. I can’t make calls nor browse the internet.

I’ve been given the following reference numbers by Mtn coverage :

I need timelines and dates on when this will be fixed. That’s all
