Terrible connection MTN Worst network!!!!

It has been more than a month that we have been struggling with MTN connection. Them stating that there is a fault that is beimg tended to. But we have to pay for a service that we don't receive!!! MTN makes a mistake by putting our payment date not as we requested and then cutting our fones every month. Thinking we owe them but it is already paid. The signal issue is a major problem we can not reach loved ones at home and they can't contact us if there is any issues. And i have a 88 year old grandfather at home. This is the reference to my call that i logged SMC/***. I do not want to renew a contract with MTN truly only ever received pppr service
