Terrible connection drop calls and cant get Internet!!!!!

What is up with the terrible connectivity! Several complaints in recent weeks and the problem persist. I run a business from my phone and laptop and can sit for long periods of time waiting to connect to the Internet . Call in to the centres and all they do is refresh your internet service......tell you to switch off and back on your in 5min .......same problem still there....
