Terrible company

These people have debited an exorbitant amount and no one has an explanation as to why. I had no idea I owed them money, yet they claim they have handed me over to their legal department. They've given me 2 different numbers on 2 different occasions for this department, which never picks up. Their WhatsApp number tells me that they don't have me on their system and now I'm stuck with money being withdrawn that I don't know about, while also not knowing if there are future debits pending. Each of the agents give different information and no one wants to be held accountable.
