Terrible company

It seems that it is absolutely impossible to close a account with Mtn, I have been requesting for my account to be closed for 4 months. They start off by answering emails well with not shortage of questions but once you supply all the answers they are gone and nothing gets done, not even a reply when asked for confirmation. Even after stating I will be posting on Hello Peter that did not even seem to bother them. Now i have to go through the trouble to close my bank account for it to stop
