TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE FROM MTN

<p>I don't know what kind of treatment MTN is giving me, i have so much hope that my problem will be solved, but it seems MTN is just mistreating me and abusing my rights. attached you will see all the emails from MTN together with paid-up letters but to my surprise Mr Jack Phiri sent me an email telling me that my account (which i dont have with MTN) has been upgraded on the 30/07/2016 hows that possible?</p> <p>I tried to beg for help to be removed from ITC only to be played and treated so bad. the emails I've been receiving from MTN clearly shows that you dont care about my problems. its been over a month yet no one is willing to help me.</p> <p>I even approached lawyers to assist me to lay a ******** charges against MTN since i have all the proof. I cant even do anything with my name . I cant get financed all because of MTN.</p> <p>How will you feel if such treatment is given to you. How do you sleep knowing someone is suffering out there and you can assist him/her. what kind of service are you selling to your customers if you dont care about their problems (caused by your error)</p> <p>Im not fighting but begging MTN to take time to remove my name from ITC since its your error at the first place to blacklist me.</p>
