Terrible client service

I am totally not satisfied with MTN South Africa service, it is just worse than ever. It is difficult to even speak to their call centre as they do not give you that option. I went to their Maponya Mall branch for assistance about a sim card problem for my mothers phone and I was not helped despite having all the facts.

I can promise that I am closing my MTN accounts as soon as yesterday.
