Terrible cellphone reception
For the past 2 years I have been complaining to mtn coverage department about terrible cellphone reception where I live. Most of the time I have only 1 or 2 bars reception. They keep telling me it is being escalated & that is all. Never hear from anyone as to what is being done to improve reception. My reference number is ***.<br> My phone has been changed & a new sim card. Exactly the same result with both phones & sim cards so it cannot be my handset which is the problem.<br> <br> Keith sharp. 159 Lancaster grove,rosehill,Durban.<br> <br>
