MTN IS THE WORST NETWORK. DUE TO COVID-19 MY ACCOUNT FELL INTO ARREARS, I ACCPETED THAT AND WORKED HARD TO PAY THE ACCOUNT IN FULL. Now I am unable to get my vehicle refinanced, a home loan or just have a normal credit score, because they have failed to update my name on their system and notify the correct persons in play.
