terrible attitude of consultants prevail yet again

Where do I begin with this pathetic mtn call centre. I have had so many problems with them and every time l write a complaint, someone sends a cut and paste response saying it will never happen again, and it is not their intention to displease me. That's nonsense. This happens way too often. Lerato handled my call, was very stubborn, unfriendly and seemed to be disappointed with her job or maybe had a personal issue and brought it to work. She kept on trying to speak over and above me, and unfortunately l used vulgar once, but I stopped. We continued with the call and she continued to cut me off, and when I questioned her about it again she hung up on me. This is not acceptable. Regardless of my vulgar I still stopped, but she continued to speak over and above me. I would like this to be looked at and sorted out. I am now sick and tired of all this terrible attitude from mtns call centre operators. And furthermore I am having continuous problems that no one can sort, they just push me from one dept to another. Useless I tell you, useless. Cell c pls buy me out of my contract.....
