Terrible attitude Kgosi Moiloa MTN Agent
<p>22-03-2017, book a contract with Kgosi(Mtn sales centre); upon receiving doc. found 36month; try calling to Kgosi; why not inform at confirmation time. I called every 30min & 6days later got hold Kgosi, screaming at me why keep calling; I said but you not doing nothing about it. PLEASE WATCH OUT THIS MAN, If I am manager would suspend him immediately. problem is all these agents are protected in call centre & their manager there is no action going to be taken.</p>
