Terrible attitude and Service

I went to MTN in Centurion last week, as I needed a new battey for my S4. Firstly I wasnt aware that there was a 6 month warranty period on S4 for thier batteries, my battery was so swollen. The man that helped me said that they were aware of the faults regarding the S4 batteries, I dont understand why this was not explained to me when I first took out my contract. I was then advised that the store does not sell batteries (but you sell the phones) the man that I spoke to then referred me to Vodacom, your COMPETITORS!!! You are quick to debit my account monthly but the service is absolutely shocking. The people working there dont even know where you can go to for the screen repairs, and give you the ran around.
