Terrible and Misleading Service

MTN shows that my area in Ikwezi Extension, Mthatha has 3G internet. However, I have only ever received 2G/HSDPA level speeds. My data connection is always terribly slow and it doesn't matter whether I'm inside or outside. The speeds are slow whether I'm at home or at the school where I teach. I'm extremely angry that they advertise 3G speeds there but in practice the speeds are not even close to that. I have called several times and lodged complaints. They keep making excuses and that they will fix it. If this is the case, I will switch to Vodacom which has 4G/LTE speeds in this area. Why can't MTN provide these speeds here??
