Terrible and ***********

I have recently app**** for a contract with MTN I received a call on Thursday 10/3/22 from this number *** the consultant confirmed all my details an had said to me that I have been approved for a 2 Huawei y9s on 1 contract for R569 per month for 36 months I was told that a mandated would be sent to me inorder for the deal to be finalized I still have not received anything as yet I have called MTN contract today the 13/3/22 spoke to a consultant which I was told that the application I was approved for was now declined I don't understand how one consultant said that I have been approved an the other one says a few days later that I was declined I demand that both the phones I app**** for get sent to me with 48 hours clearly going back to the call I received on the 10/03/22 if they check call records for that day they be able to listen to what was said an the contract has definitely approved
