Terrible and horrifying torture

I’m trying to cancel a contract for 2 months now repeatedly being asked to call a different company. When telephonically contacted for a new contract, I agreed to a month to month basis. Cancel anytime but now I’m having to fork our R400+ monthly for a contract I can’t afford and no help given at all. I’m being asked to call mondo and css outsourcing. I’ve asked them to listen to the calls they record as I repeatedly asked the consultant that I only want it if I can cancel at anytime but now I’m asked to pay R1500 for cancellation. I’m at my wits end trying to deal with this terrible company. I really need all the help I can get to cancel this contract before it leads to a legal action
