Terrible and **********

Sometime in August or September 2020 a Mondo consultant called me and made me an MTN data sim offer. The telephonic offer we agreed upon was NOT what was on the contract he drafted for MTN and the one I received. He deliberately also put down false details about my occupation and duration just to complete the contract. After receiving the contract I then contacted MTN to get it rectified, they kept on giving me the run around. I asked for the sale phone call records/recordings from Mondo but they refused to produce them. I then asked for them to cancel the contract. They still haven’t done so. I’ve been emailing them from October 2020 about this and they still hadn’t cancelled the contract. I now am faced the problem of reversing the debit order on a monthly and it’s costing me. Whenever I contact MTN using their official Twitter account, they repeatedly tell me they’ve escalated the matter to their retentions department.
