Terrible and *********** customer service

MTN customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. From the stores to the call centre. Nobody seems to know how to solve a problem. I’ve been using my number for more than 20 years now. My number was hacked on the 7th of November and someone is using it to **** people but Mtn is doing nothing about it, I’ve been told to get new starter packs and do Sim swaps in order to get my number back but till today I have already bought 4 new starter packs just to get my number back. It seems like they really don’t know what they are doing. They keep telling me about 2-24 hours waiting period but still nothing. I’m so disappointed and disgusted 🤢 🤢🤢. I even requested to have my number blocked but they are failing dismally.
