TERRIBLE after sales service MTN

I took out a contract with MTN in last year 7/11 I was unable to receive my phone for weeks that turned into months and 100s of rands of airtime and time wasted - because my ID was ****** and they make no provisions for receiving it without it via courier. They were basically saying sorry you can´t get it.

At last when I received it, not all was part of the package. I was fed up and cancelled it in December before using any of the items or device. I am still waiting to receive my refund, or any actual human that is able to help me from the MTN team as it seems when it is an online sale you only get to speak to bots and no actual person is able to help with your queries.

Being sent from 1 dept to another and then after to! Just spent another unfruitful 2hours on the phone, with no resolution!
