Terrible Afrihost in partnership with MTN

It has been 7 days with no internet and I get the same message: we have refreshed your session, switch off for 15 minutes and it should be fine. It’s never fine. I have to beg them to log a call with MTN, to which it takes waiting for MTN. I have never experienced such bad service.

On top of that they send you an sms to rate them. When you rate the poor, they promise to phone you back which they never do. Please stay away from Afrihost. They will disappoint you every time. My reference for MTN , MTN Ref: SNO-***9. So ready to cancel.
