Terrible

I've first requested when I can cancel my contract in November 2021 as I knew my contract would end 02/03/2022. I then sent my cancellation on the 25th of January 2022. and got a request for personal information per email, which I refused to reply to. Today I receive a message: "Your contract term has ended. Your contract is changing from R299.012 to R1642.61 on a month-to-month term. All promos have expired.

I want this contract stopped with immediate effect
