Terms of contract changed with no notice.
I have a contract that includes 100 SMS per month. It has sudden been changed, I now have to pay for SMS's. I have shown my contract at the Richards Bay Branch. They have seen the mistake but can do nothing other than pass it up. Why when its very simple to see MTN's error does it take days maybe weeks to correct.
