Termination of the three contracts

Dear MTN Support Team,

I am requesting your urgent support with the termination of the three contracts listed below. My query reference *** was closed, but the matter has not been resolved.

I spoke to Nomviyo, who advised that there are amounts owing on the account, but these have not been shared with me. I asked for a callback reference number from her supervisor, but I did not receive one, and I have not had a callback.

Contracts cancelled on 21-Sep-26:

The contract end dates have passed or are about to pass, but I cannot finalise the terminations until MTN takes action on its side.

I would appreciate your help with the following: 1. Reopening query ***, or linking it to a new reference 2. A callback from a supervisor, with a callback reference number 3. An itemised statement of all amounts owing on the three contracts 4. Written confirmation that the contracts are terminated, and a final settlement figure

Please respond as soon as possible so this can be resolved.
