Termination of contract is still not actioned

I have contacted MTN a number of times with regards to the cancellation of my contract with them. <br> My contract termination date is 04/07/2015, i have sent an email to [Email Removed] and as per the MTN website, the estimated response on emails is between 3 to 5 working days. I also sent a query via the Mtn active website sending them a notification of my cancellation and still no response. On the 6th of July I personally went to Mtn South gate of which Lenka the agent who assisted me was of no help and advised me that MTN employees are on strike and that my query is still not attended to. This is not my problem, I want this contract terminated as per the termination date 04/07/2015.<br> <br> This is very frustrating. I want this query resolved.<br> <br> <br>
