Termination of contract *** Fanie Butler

I just wants to cancel/terminate my contract. Had it for more than 2 years. Given 1month notice as per MTN requirements. phoned 135 more than 5 times. Spoken with their Retention department several times. phone *** when operator could not help or put me through to them. Send several e/mails to just erminate my contract. This process started the 01 March until today the contract is still active. Worst ever. I went tody to my bank to cancel my debit order.
