******** TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AND ******** LISTING WITH THE NCR

We have been MTN account holders for 18 years. On the 8th January 2024 an online payment was made that payment was never allocated to my account. no communication from anyone at MTN. Went in kept on paying my contracts. The sales person told me my account is in arrears gave them the proof of payment they never wanted to accept it. On the 29th August our lines has been cut off [NO MISTAKE OF OURS] to date our lines are still off. the payment was tracked still our lines are off. MTN legal department sucks big time.[NO HELP THEY JUST TELL YOU TO PAY].They put us on pre-termination without notification. Our contracts only expire in 2025.No mistake of ours we where listed with the NCR again no mistake of ours. We are currently seeking legal advice because of our name being listed and still paying a contract that we cannot use. To date there has still been no response from your legal department.
