Termination of contract
I have entered into a contract (account no A ***) with MTN. On 5 May 2015 via an email I informed MTN that I would like to cancel this contract and asked for the termination date and when the last debit order would be. MTN rep**** on 17 June 2015 and informed me that the termination date of the contract is 2015 02 25 and the last debit order would be on 2015 03 31 (***). To date the amount of R 198.99 is till been deducted from my bank account and although I have been numerous times to our local MTN store and requested an answer via email from customer care, I did not receive any response. I phoned MTN without any success and they keep on telling me MTN is on strike.
