TERMINATION FEES PAID - still being billed!!!
REQ: *** - MTN thank you for your response to my complaint sent through last week. Thank you also for advising that to terminate my contract I have to pay termination fees. If you had read my complaint, and viewed my correspondence, you would have noted that I have paid the termination fees in January2015. That is actually why I am complaining. Termination fees are paid! MTN have still not confirmed that by me paying these termination fees that they have cancelled my contract. So to make my complaint clearer - I have paid the termination fee, I have e-mailed proof of payment, I have sent numerous e-mails to the retention department AND I am still being charged the monthly contract fee.
