Terminate mtn
I instructed MTN on reference *** to cancel my Data Line on 31 July 2024. The reason for the cancellation is that MTN has failed to deliver a working Data Connection at my residence. I have also complained about the service failure for more than 1 year and no action was taken. MTN is refusing to act on my instruction to cancel the line and refund my upfront buffers paid for September and October. Again, ***serves as proof that the line will not be live on the network come 31 August 2024.

MTN credit refund on reference REQ***.
This reference of today’s incoming call from MTN: Incomplete Refund value, being only 50%; R439 of the R878 due to me.
I do not accept that MTN can get away with *****ing the September 2024 upfront funding of my Statement Credit.
(through trying to limit the return of my funds to the October 2024 upfront funding)
MTN, on reference ***, already confirmed that my one month notice to cancel will conclude with the 31 August 2024 termination date.
I demand
• The immediate return of my full ZAR 878 in upfront payments and
• compensation for a year of MTN’s failure to provide access to my 200GB data allowance

· WILL TERMINATE on 31 August 2024
· Under MTN reference One – Four – Seven – Zero – Nine – Three – Six – Two – Three – One – One
I had to chase MTN AGAIN
on telephone number plus two seven eight three one three five zero zero zero zero
on 9 September 2024 and
refer them to the clear instruction for MTN to have terminated the line on 31 August 2024.
Again, MTN dishonestly ignored the instruction which was their OWN CHOSEN termination date of 31 August 2024.
Keep in mind that I had to “serve” the month of August 2024 as “notice”.
Paying another notice month for a data service which was never operational for more than one year.
I was faced with 45 minutes of hostile lies and attacks on this telephone call on 9 September 2024 where MTN ignored their own recorded calls and the 31 August 2024 termination date.
They acknowledged, blatantly so and with conviction, that they ignored the termination date as they choose to do so on purpose.
They do so on purpose to hold onto my cash statement buffers of ZAR 878.
Now they have engineered a 9 September 2024 cancellation on
· Reference one four eight two seven seven five five four five one three
· While billing for the entire September 2024 and October 2024
· On invoice number I six zero zero zero zero zero one nine seven three two nine eight five three
· To crystallize the T-H-E-F-T of my ZAR 878
This is the systemic dishonest MTN who are in clear breach of the license conditions they hold from ICASA.
They laugh at me.
They laugh at Hellopeter.
They laugh at all South Africans.
They remove ZAR 878 worth of food from my table.
They place me under distress and ruin my wellbeing.
MTN are ruining lives.
I continue to demand
