Terminate contract

Pathetic service, sent an email to terminate my contract when it ends didn't receive a response, followed up still nothing after 1 month. Called customer service to be told by retention I can only terminate my contract on the exact day that the contract ends, which is the 29th of November. When I asked if that was in the agreement I signed with MTN - it isn't, the response was I am not sure. The 29th of November is a Sunday, since when must I call on the day of termination to cancel a contract. Will never do business again with MTN after this experience.
