Telkom Over Charging without notifying customers

MTN decided to charge me R400 extra on my contract with no explanation. I called their customer care line and logged a ticket 2 weeks ago. I even mentioned them on Twitter and they still haven't resolved my issue. They debited my account this PAST Saturday still with the extra R400. I can't wait to cancel my contract. Such an *********** service provider.
