Telesales has to be stopped

It is utterly mindblowing how these companies use telesales to sell products telephonically, it is delivered, proof of address with ID ,is given to courier when excepting product, but when I tried activating router, apparantly failed security questions, even though I called from phone that is on same account of which I am account holder, their systems are not updated , or addresses are mixed up , that would confuse me as well if I was an operator that has to deal with customers, no wonder people loose their tempers and patience, when it is the companies these poor people work for , that hasn't got their logistics in order.chasing money once again ,like most companies, but when it comes to customer service, just blasé..what is happening to sufficiently assisting a customer to get connection on new device, when relevant details are not even on the tax invoice to start with.
