Telesales and call center 135 pathetic

Telesales from MTN at 11:45 to lock a 24 mth contract for R499 which is R10 more for a better package. At the same time I am sent a special deal at R299 for a similar package. Trying to get hold of MTN. The line drops but I am sent sms to tell about service. Which was nothing. Still waiting for someone to call
