Tedious process with month-to-month deal.
Sign up for the month-to-month deal at your peril. I signed up for an agreement to explore whether or not their router is reliable for the long term. I used them for two a month, and in the second month, I canceled the contract. During signing up, they will tell you that you only need to return the router. Now that I have returned the router, they tell me I need to provide them with a number I do not know. In the meantime, they are busy sending me invoices for an item that has been returned to them, which is clear proof that I am no longer receiving their services. This part of providing a number was not explained to me in the first place. I went to the Boulders mall to ask the employee responsible if he had done everything that was supposed to be done. He told me he has. MTN customer service is telling me they can't assist me without the number. They are too lazy to investigate their weakness in controls and want customers to be involved in sorting out their shortcomings in business controls.
