tcf violation
My MTN contract was taken out with Nashua mobile about 2.5 years ago.I paid R125 pm for 2 gig.<br> On a weekend in August i got a pop up that i could download Windows 10 for free.<br> I started the download and got no notification that i went out of bundel and that i would be charged R 2,00 per mega bite<br> My account is nou R3869.18 That is not treating customers fairly!<br> When my cellphone ( Cell C )data is at 15 meg they sent a sms to warn me.Then i have a choice either to exept the charges or turn my data off.<br> That is Treating Custormers Fairly !!!!
