TCF?!

I took out a Contract with MTN where I got 20Gig day & 20Gig night, I upgraded to 30Gig day & 30Gig night & usually get it on the 12th of every month. This Month(October2022) the whole day my phone was offline and then finally in the evening I got 20Gig only and now I'm told that's my package?!
